If you are a beginner or intermediate or even experienced in benefitting from personal training sessions, this program will provide you with whatever it takes to progress towards the achievement of your goals, as it can tailored to your fitness level, aspirations and health history. This program teaches you the necessary habits to make healthy lifestyle changes using accountability coach check-ins to see progressive results for your ambitious goals and is designed to deliver you the best chance of improvement with all the tools necessary to maximise your true body's potential. WHAT IS INCLUDED - personalized training program - fitness and goal assessment - nutritional advice - periodic checkups - progress assessment - demonstration videos 16 SESSIONS TIMES AND DAYS This a 8 weeks Personal Training programme delivered in 16 sessions, meeting online 2 times per week. Days and times are to agree between the client and the trainer. Please book the first course session by clicking on "Book Now" and pick one of the available time slots, even if it is not the ideal time for you: I will then contact you to confirm or agree another day that suits you best, and to agree when to meet for the following sessions as well. PRICE The cost of this course is £420 GBP in total, therefore £26 per session.
