CLASSES TIMETABLE Online regular classes are available every Tuesday, 60 minutes, starting at the following hour: Tuesdays 4.30pm BST/GMT+1/CEST-1 --> Pilates For All Bodies CLASSES DESCRIPTION A fun varied class with a different theme each week, enhancing strength, flexibility and coordination, as well as calming the mind. Via Skype, £10 per class 5 CLASS PACKAGE Whether you have a specific goal, or simply want to commit to a regular session devoted to feeling better in your body and mind, sign up for a 5 class package today, and enjoy a £9 GBP per session reduced rate!
