Rwy'n cynnig 1. yoga ar gyfer symudiad ystyriol y Corff Llawn (wedi'i ysbrydoli gan Dharma, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin); neu 2. sesiwn gyda Facial Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama.

Gwiriwch fy amserlen reolaidd ar "Dosbarth Llyfr" i ddewis un o fy Ioga Wyneb, Dharma, Ashtanga, Llif Vinyasa, ioga Yin ac ymasiadau, Ioga Wyneb, Myfyrdod a Pranayama, yn ogystal â sesiynau Maeth.
