qualified in Astanga Vinyasa, Forest, Rocket, Kids, Yin, Meditation and Gentle Yoga for cancer and the visually impaired.
I am passionate about moving with the breath, being kind to the body whilst building core strength.

I offer on Zoom Dynamic and Gentle Yoga for 121 interactive sessions at £30 per hour.
