In this course I share in daily online live-meetings the expertise that I want to bring to the world, because I am passionate about helping others to gain some of the health and wellbeing benefits I achieved through the skills I teach in this course. In fact, I strongly believe that by integrating my advised simple practices in your lives - by consistent repetition and with commitment, supported by my guidance - my teaching is going to stick, and the new healthy habits that I recommend may become effortless second nature to you, which can help you to achieve and maintain health and wellbeing improvements.

In the meetings for this course I want to inform, but also to influence and motivate the participants to implement the simple and holistic practices I advice, aimed at transforming the participants’ lives for the better. The course will not only provide advice: it will guide you to implement it, to practically put into action and execute my recommendations (which are based on my personal learning, experience and observation, and are validated and underpinned by scientific articles and knowledge sharing by many experts in wellbeing, health, medicine and biology, which I studied formally and informally).

I will tell you a bit more about myself, the teacher. Healthy and balanced nutrition and overall wellbeing have always being paramount in the cultural environment in which I grew up: it's not by chance indeed that my birth land is an island with a globally renown exceptionally high concentration of centenaries (136 every 1 million inhabitants, second at worldwide scale only to Okinawa and Bulgaria, according to Science Direct article “Centenarians”, 2016). It has been a natural consequence for me to become a life-long self-taught nutritionist and diet expert in the UK, who also took nutrition classes in her native country, starting as early as at Middle School (as a specific subject in after-school electives, in addition to the national curriculum, and in integrated modules in mandatory classes). Since then, I continued to learn about wellbeing, constantly.

My experience and qualification to help others in their health and wellbeing journeys includes also a 200 TTH Yoga Teacher certificate, recognised by the Yoga Alliance, and a L1 Diploma in Coaching certificate. My ability to create tasty dishes has been fostered by 2 decades of house-sharing with international friends from all over the world, from whom I learnt about their local cuisines. I am now looking forward to accompany you in your life journeys to help you to faster improve towards the achievement of your goals, following a holistic approach, that can work if you wish to integrate my advice in your life.

I really want to make the best possible impact in other people lives by sharing what I learnt (in nutrition and global cuisine as much as in biology, yoga and sport), which I refined through self-education and formal learning, as much as informal teaching by family and friends who shared inherited local wisdom, passed on through generations also in the island where I grew up: famous for longevity because everyone makes an effort to achieve it and to support others in doing the same.

Please bear in mind that results might vary based on personal effort and individual DNA, pre-existing health conditions and pre-determined risk of future ones, or life circumstances that might affect our lives beyond our control, and eventually impact our pursued results and the health benefits we can achieve. However, my advice in standard circumstances should give you good results, if you make constant incremental improvements in applying every day what you learn in my course
