Hello there! I'm Namirah. I have a Bachelor's degree in Food Nutrition and Dietetics. I am currently employed as a Clinical Nutritionist in a healthcare setting, where I strive to understand my patients in order to pick the right cull of aliment.
Many people believe I am the food police or that I can judge what they eat. But I'd never do it. I simply want to empower you and teach you how to make healthy decisions without having to limit yourself or go on a strict diet. My goal is to provide you with straightforward nutrition information that is simple to read, comprehend, and apply.
The journey so far is not that simple but not that arduous too. I am zealous about my vocation and so to see your progress in health and wellbeing it's a triumph for me!

3 Month Package
1 hour first consultation with three 30 minutes follow up, 1 every 15 days (£120/package)
