Every 15 days there will be a follow up consultation (30 minutes) Outputs after the consultation: - Personalized Diet Chart for 1 month - Workout Routine Chart with exercising schedule - Dietary Guidelines with respect to nutritional requirements - Tick it away These outputs will be combined in a PDF that will also include a brief description of her/his health status and related diseases (as already diagnosed before the consultation by a physician). This PDF will have a page highlighting her/his lifestyle changes and the addition of new habits that he can Tick it Away every day. This will keep the patient/client engaged and motivated throughout the programme. There will be a link below that will load a form, and at the end of the day, the patient or client will click it and record his answers, allowing the nutritionist on the other side of the world to record the data and review it with the patient on the next follow-up call (Only applicable for monthly packages).
