CLASSES HOURS: Monday to Friday 12pm BST/GTM+1 (2pm EETC/AST/EAT, 7am ET, 7pm SGT, 9pm AEST) TIMETABLE HIIT : Monday and Tuesday TRX : Wednesday Power Pilates : Thursday Crosstraining : Friday MORE INFO ABOUT THESE CLASSES - HIIT: this is an intensive type of interval training that strengthens your cardiovascular and overall fitness by alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. It is the most efficient way to exercise. - TRX, Total Resistance Exercises, which is a form of training that was developed by a former U.S. Navy SEAL, using a jiu-jitsu belt and parachute webbing back . It can help you build muscle, strengthen your core, burn fat, increase your flexibility and improve endurance. What you need for this: search online for suspension training equipment, and have ready at least an adjustable pull rope (4.0m) with rubber grip handles and door anchor. If you have it, a weighted bar and resistance bungee. - Power Pilates: I use resistance bands and more cardio intensive exercises and yoga poses to help you to tone while also improving your cardio fitness - Cross-Training: this is an exercise system which involves several different types of exercise to work more muscle groups, improve agility and cardiovascular fitness, balance your body muscles, helping you to avoid fitness, especially if you are a runner. You can also train specific group muscles to give time to heal to injuries. Please book these £25/hour classes at the indicated hour (12pm BST) because this purchase is not valid for the other hours, which are for 1:1
