APPOINTMENT HOURS Monday to Saturday: 10am; 11am; 12pm; 3pm; 4pm (BST, GMT+1) Sunday: 10am; 11am; 12pm (BST, GMT+1) SERVICE DESCRIPTION My nutrition coaching can help you create new healthy habits that support a fit and healthy lifestyle. We can work together to figure out the limiting factors and behavior that have stopped you from becoming who you want in terms of health and fitness (there can be many reasons, such as a lack of knowledge related to what is healthy, emotional eating, stress, busy lifestyle, food preparation skills, sedentary lifestyle, “all or none” thinking habit, lack of recovery). Together, we will build an action plan in order to break old patterns of unhealthy habits and build new ones that support a healthy lifestyle and long term fitness (£90). You are then invited to book follow up appointments every 2 weeks (£45 GBP) to check progress and move into the next step. MORE ABOUT ALL MY APPOINTMENTS I work with clients with various health and fitness needs : weight loss, building muscles , adapting healthy lifestyle, overcoming a disordered eating pattern , managing chronic medical health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, gastrointestinal problems, controlling food intolerance, recovering from injury and improving immunity, enhancing sports performance. As a result, I use an integrative approach that includes personalised diet planning, exercise programming and nutritional coaching to guarantee long term fitness. Diet planning is individualised based on health needs, and goals. After initial assessment, a seven days diet plan is created. Follow up to check form progress is performed every 2 weeks. Exercise programming addresses specific fitness needs. Assessment of various fitness components is performed before creating the convenient exercise program .Follow up to check for progress is performed every four weeks. Nutrition coaching is performed to help in creating new healthy habits that support a fit and healthy lifestyle. I help clients figure out the limiting factors and behaviour that block the process of becoming fit and healthy. Together, we build an action plan to break old patterns of unhealthy habits and build new ones that support a healthy lifestyle. You can choose either 1 or 3 services.
