Service Description
12 personal training sessions per month based on your goal and lifestyle, weekly measurements and program tweaking, movement screening, and fitness assessment. This program is going to be designed for your exact body, fitness level, goals, and actual time you have to workout. You will be hiring me as your online personal trainer. Whether your goals are fat loss, muscle building, better health, conditioning, or just learning better form and improving mobility. I will take into account all of your unique situations, abilities, equipment available, and design a program that is going to give you the best results in the fastest amount of time, for whatever goal you are trying to reach. What is included? - This is a fully personalized 12 sessions training program - Mobility and movement assessment - Weekly phone calls to keep up to date with progress and or questions - Virtual training sessions are available to help with form and exercise questions Monday to Sunday: discuss it with the client according to his availability and I can reschedule my time if he’s only available on certain hours To start with: please book the first session at a time of your convenience within my available hours and we can then decide together the time and days of the following sessions
