I teach yoga for all levels, beginners through to advanced, starting from the mindset that the body can do amazing things when it learns how. You will learn how to deepen your flexibility, progress both physically + mentally as you learn how your nervous system functions both on and off the mat. I have worked with elite sportsmen and women including highly-decorated British Olympians and with retreat centres such as Soho Farmhouse. My teaching style is unique, influenced by Yin Yoga, Dharma Yoga and Ashtanga, do not expect a "style" with me: join and try!
I am also a health coach, nutritional chef (author of "Recipes for Life") and former city broker (contributing author of "Mastering the Commodities Markets") so I understand stress very well, and how to create balance on your terms - whether your goal is managing stress, fat loss or improving your physical performance.
